  • Built map, distribution, filter, and 12-month forecast views for fast zone and timing comparison.
  • Designed the dashboard around decisions: where to work, what patterns explain tips, and how demand might change.
  • Reduced delivery decision review from roughly five minutes to about one minute during planning.
  • Made zone, city, housing-type, tip-rate, and timing differences easier to compare in one view.
  • Added forecasting so the dashboard supports planning instead of only retrospective review.
